I wouldn’t normally do this since I believe God sees our good works and it is therefore not necessary to stand on the street corners and shout about it. But in this case the money donated to these charities has mostly come from other people, and in publicising the details I am expressing my sincere thanks to all those whose generosity has boosted the proceeds beyond my expectations.
